1. What Credit Master is

Credit Master is a self-help software tool. It reads credit reports you provide, highlights information that may be inaccurate, and drafts dispute correspondence for you to review, sign and mail yourself.

We are not a law firm, credit counseling agency, or credit repair organization performing services on your behalf. We do not contact bureaus, furnishers, or regulators for you, and we never act as your representative.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator app and passkeys secure, and for all activity under your account.

You may only upload credit reports that belong to you. Uploading another person's report or disputing information on someone else's behalf is prohibited and may be unlawful.

3. AI-generated output

Findings, severity rankings, statutory citations and letter drafts are produced by automated analysis and may be incomplete or wrong. You must review every finding and every letter for accuracy before acting on it.

Knowingly disputing information you believe to be accurate may constitute a false statement. You are solely responsible for the content of anything you send.

4. No outcome is guaranteed

We do not promise that any item will be removed, corrected, or that your credit score will change. Accurate, timely, verifiable information generally cannot be removed from a credit report, regardless of how a dispute is worded.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Credit Master to create a new credit identity, to submit disputes you know to be frivolous, to reverse engineer or resell the service, or to upload malicious files.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put other users' data at risk.

6. Fees and cancellation

Free features remain free. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. We do not charge for services before they are performed.

7. Your data and deletion

You own your uploads. You can delete any report from the app, which removes the stored file and its extracted data. You can request deletion of your entire account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from information you chose to dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
